SHOWCASE YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH A SILENT OR LIVE AUCTION DONATION
Contributing an auction item to the 2025 Champions of Hope Gala is a unique opportunity for a corporation or an individual to make a commitment to the health and well-being of our community. Your donation will be featured during this spectacular event where over 500 of St. Louis’ most affluent and influential corporate and community leaders will see your product or service. As we celebrate 10 years, our mission focus and ‘Raise the Paddle’ initiative will support advocacy, patient services, and groundbreaking research to benefit individuals affected by all types of cancer.
SILENT AUCTION
- Silent auction donations will be promoted the night of the event via mobile bidding that will include a description of the item, the donor’s name and a photo of the item.
- The mobile bidding link to the silent auction will be promoted on the gala’s social media platforms and sent out to all participants the week of the event.
LIVE AUCTION
- All live auction benefits will recognize the donor’s name
- Live auction donations received before October 1st will be featured in the event invitation.
- Social media posts will promote live auction packages one month before the event.
- Emails promoting live auction packages will be sent to all attendees.
- A description of live auction package will appear in the event program.
- A poster for live auction items will be displayed during cocktail hour.
- The American Cancer Society will create a sizzle reel highlighting each live auction donation.
- Live auction items will be featured on projection screens and described by the auctioneer during the live auction segment of the program.
